Our Canon Pro-6100 randomly started distortion colors in addition to just awful banding and blurs, but ONLY on our Canvas and Photo Matte papers. It prints fine on Luster, Satin, Glossy photo papers, as well as Hot Press fine art papers, even our thick William Turner paper, but the Canvas and Photo Matte are horrendous. The inks are full, nozzles clean, we've updated and troubleshot everything from changing our printing programs, paper profiles, cut vs roll... anything we could possibly think of and nothing.
Plus the distortions on those two papers are inconsistent and there's no pattern of where on the paper nor when in the output process. We've tried to have this escalated to Canon but we are told nothing is wrong.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? It's dumbfounding and we have so many backed up orders because we can't print on those two very popular papers.
