Hi has anybody come across a message on the screen when trying to print "eject detect error"

I cant find any reference to it as to what part its referring to.

Is it not mentioned in either the user manual or the service manual.

i don't know if its to do with the paper or print-head's or whatever.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
