Hi,
I bought a Canon Lide 400 scanner earlier this week and have scanned about 6 documents with no problems. When I came to use it today however, it's started to distort images on one side (example below), almost as if the image is bleeding off the side of the page. Does anyone know if this is a quick fix problem, or is it a case of returning the scanner to the retailer? The image scanned was a single sheet of A4 paper, aligned correctly on the platen.
Many thanks.

Same issue with both documents and photos.

Hi,
I would remove and reinstall the scanner driver but if that does not resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to Canon support. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
