PRO-4000S prints portrait instead of landscape

We have 2 Cannon Pro-4000 printers and when trying to print a 30x42 size banner, the image keeps printing in portrait layout instead of landscape. We have adjusted the print settings and the issues still happens. I know it is probably a super easy fix, we but cannot figure out what the issue is! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
