Canon iR-ADV 8285 printing issue

Hello, 

I have Canon 8285 I was using it since 6 months it was printing very smoothly and with a good quality, but suddenly it stopped printing the paper or if it prints there will be some ink only in some places and sometimes if the original has a drawings it didn't print them.

The problem occurs only when I print via PC or directly from the printer USB port, I have changed the driver and nothing happened.


I am confused how it prints 100% from the document feeder but from USB or PC it doesn't print the paper with good quality knowing that the driver of the printer doesn't relate to the USB port.

I have attached a sample pictures.
Please any help I would be very thankful.
