We purchased the Canon G7020 and it is probably the worst printer we have ever owned. When it does print, it takes FOREVER. In order to print, you must stay on the screen of whatever you are printing. It often has issues printing PDFs and times out on long documents. The instructions are not very clear and it is very confusing on how to set up the WiFi and AirPrint. I spend unbelievable amounts of time rebooting the printer, my iPad, my phone, etc. I’m not sure where to go from here except to junk it and start over.
