I'm rebuilding the network of my business and we've decided to put all the networked printers onto an independent VLAN. Once we did that our Scan & Send function stopped working. We aren't getting an error number but SMTP Authentication keeps failing.
We have port 587 open through our firewall.
We run SMTP through Gmail.
Less secure apps has been disable.
Email and password is correct.
