Hi everyone,
I'm currently working with a Canon imagePROGRAF printer and aiming to run a color test. To facilitate this, I've attempted to install the imagePROGRAF Status Monitor. However, I'm encountering some issues:
The Status Monitor doesn't appear in the list of installed applications or drivers on my computer.
Within the printer's maintenance options, it indicates that the Status Monitor isn't installed.
Has anyone faced similar challenges or can offer guidance on resolving this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
The issue I'm trying to fix is - During prints, I'm noticing that black lines are appearing with a blue tint. There are other black lines but some are coming out blue.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know which specific Canon imagePROGRAF printer model you're using and exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
