Hi all!
I am trying to install the driver for my old Pixma MG5220 onto my newer macbook air running iOS Ventura 13.3.1 (a). I've gone to the support page for the device and downloaded and installed all of the software that is available for my system (Canon IJ Network tool, Quick Menu, and My Image Garden). The printer is connected to the same wifi network as my laptop. It does not show up in the Printers & Scanners menu when I try to Add Printer. When I plug the printer in via USB, it is detected, but asks for the driver and that is where I am stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MG5220 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.
Hope this helps!
