Mg5520 - Can't Connect to Phone and Laptop

I am not receiving an error, the printer says it's connected to the internet and the same wifi as my laptop and phone but I keep getting this.

Does the same issue happen when trying to print from the laptop? What OS is your computer and phone running? 

Also, click HERE for the steps to print the network settings, and let us know what is listed for the signal strength.
