MP560 printer; Cannot login by ip address

After my two printers somehow disconnected from my WLAN, I got them both reconnected.  I am able to login to my Brother HL-L2340DW by entering its IP address into a browser tab.  Then I can check and modify its settings.

However, while I can now print on my Canon MP560, I cannot login by IP address.  The error message is connection refused.  I have tried both Opera and Edge with the same result.

Is there something I can do?

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The PIXMA MP560 is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!
