I have multiple MAXIFY GX7020 series printers and have been using the Quick Utility Toolbox to configure the scan to destination folders on my network. Some of these printers are remote. I can connect to the printers perfectly fine, but when I try to edit the destination folder settings I get a connection failed message even though I see the tmp.txt file it sends to the folder to test the connection. Is there any way to change the "time out" timer length?

Greetings,
I don't use this utility myself. I configure these settings myself using the Remote UI.
I did find these articles which might help.

If you are not able to save these settings to remote printers, your host naming convention, file path or DNS resolution might not be working or correctly configured.

Hi Rick,
Thank you for responding. All our network settings and file paths are correct. The Quick Utility program sends a temp.txt file to the location and I can see it show up, but then errors out saying it couldn't make the connection. Also, for this model of printer, the remote UI doesn't let me access the onboard address book, we have to use this program.
