imageFORMULA DR-S250N - listed workstation / destinations disappear

There are four workstations in a small office with thie imageFORMULA DR-S250N.  The workstation keep disappearing from the listed destinations on the Canon so that the users can't start a job from the scanner.

I found that if I go to the workstations and use the Select Scanner on the system tray icon, the workstation re-appears on the scanner.  By the next morning, most, if not all, of the workstations disappear from the Canon's panel.

The users need to have the workstations (left on overnight) stay listed on the scanner.

2.       Wait until you are asked to select a product. When you get that prompt, press 1.
3.       When you get the second prompt, press 2.
