I am a Pixma Pro 100 that is connected to our network via hardwire, however I am unable to install the printer using Windows 10 add printer, using the TCP/IP connection. When searching for the printer via its IP it is not found even thou I am able to ping it and can browse to the webportal. Any ideas on how to install the printer via a network connection?

Hi,
Since the printer is not detected via it's IP address, I recommend you reach out to Canon support. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
We look forward to hearing from you.
