Hello, I have a TS 9000 printer and recently it has not connected to wifi as it always had. The error message on my computer is "printer needs to be turned on to print". Of course it is turned on - (I can make copies on it).
This error message does not appear anywhere on google search.
I've tried unplugging it but it didn't help.
Any suggestions?
Many thanks.

Is Wi-Fi the only connection to the printer? If so, and it is not connected to Wi-Fi the computer wouldn't know that the printer is powered on.
Can you re-connect the printer to Wi-Fi?
