I have run into an issue where after successfully connecting my TS6400a printer to my local WiFi network. I get to the step where I download the "win-ts6400-1_1-n_mcd.exe" and try to run it, I get an error telling me "To install the software, you must be logged in to an administrator account." I AM the Administrator on this computer. Please help!

Hi,
Please click the link below since the shortcut would not open. Once the support page opens for the printer, select the drivers and download tab. Please select the TS6400 series MP driver.

Hi,
To begin troubleshooting, please try downloading just the printer/scanner driver and software by clicking HERE.
Let us know if that file was able to download/install.

No, I am not able to download as I get a message stating that site can't be reached.
