Hi, I recently purchased the PIXMA TS3722 printer, and it's already prompting me to update the firmware. When I tried logging into the Remote UI using the admin password, nothing worked. I attempted using "Canon" and the product serial number (4 characters followed by 5 digits), but neither was successful.
Could you please help me find the correct admin password so I can log in and proceed with the software update?

Greetings,
See this KB for assistance.
Updating the Firmware via the Remote UI - TS3720 / TS3722
If this doesn't work (lost or forgotten password) you'll need to contact Canon Support for help with reset.
