Hi there,
I've got a Canon TS5020 and recently we changed our internet service provider. Since then, we've been unable to connect the printer wirelessly. When I do a manual connect, it doesn't ask me for the password. I've already done the suggested steps from the error but it's still not working. I'm not sure what else I could do.
The error I got was this:
"Failed to connect to the wireless router.
Follow the steps below.
1. Check that the selected wireless router is correct.
2. Check that the entered passphrase is correct.
3. Restart the wireless router. If the same error occurs, see the wireless router manual and check the settings."

Greetings,
Read this KB article that I wrote it may help.
Your printer supports a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2 encryption.
First check to make sure that your network broadcast meets these standards, then rerun the printers installer which will allow you to select the new wireless broadcast and enter a new password.
