My printer TS3450 just refuses to connect to wi-fi after entering the password.
Recently I got new router so I'm trying to reconnect my printer to new router which is became very difficult to connect.
Once I enter my wi-fi password on Android Canon application printer just won't connect and show 'x' next to the wi-fi icon.
I restarted my router and printer, I also reinstalling the application on my Android phone, tried connecting from my Windows 11 laptop.
The I decided to run the Canon's troubleshooting tool and it printed out 'C-5' error suggesting that either router or wi-fi are offline which they are not. It also suggested that security key is mismatch and I have no idea how to make the security keys match.
It would be great if I could get the assistance regarding the issue that I'm experiencing with my printer.
