so support is allegedly closed (its 4:30pm MST) so i cant talk to a person and my printer refuses to get on my wifi network. i NEED to print some shipping labels so i figured i'd just stick a cord in my laptop and connect to the printer that way but either i dont have the right cord or thats not working either.
i downloaded the drivers for the printer but i'm not sure if im missing something or what because instructions ive found have been minimal
