I have moved my wireless printer from one house to another. The printer will not work with the USB connection or wirelessly. I get the error message: "There are ports that cannot be used with their current settings". I tried to change the network settings but the "Associate Ports" options is greyed out in the settings on the Canon IJ Network Tool. It is a Canon MG3500 wireless printer and my laptop currently has Windows 10 pro. Help!
