PIXMA MG 3620 - Where do I find the IJ Printer utility? The print rollers need cleaning

Have you installed the Canon software that comes with/can be downloaded for the printer?

Is "My Printer" part of the utilities? That's where Maintenance functions are accessed.

Thank you,   Yes I did - initially ; but now cannot the shortcut to it on my desktop disappeared and the Canon Program files I found are not interactive.

  I will attempt to download the software again.

Are the programs showing in the Start Menu? Don't know what you mean by "not interactive".

Could you have inadvertently uninstalled the Canon programs?

No Start Menu, no My Printers.  It must have been deleted inadvertantly.  Will download the software again
