PIXMA G3272 printer - Can't reconnect to network

Printer was working find for a year via network link on home system then WIndows update caused it to lose connection. I've tried countless times to reconnect and followed every recommendation listed on web, help, etc  with no success.

The error I keep getting says I'm trying to connect to multiple routers but I only have one router so I'm at a loss for whats causing the problem. I don't know a lot about tech stuff so its perplexing why it suddenly refuses to work after working fine for a year. Need help.

I did try manual connect (multiple times) and it didn't work. I finally did a factory reset this morning and ran the canon software again and it worked. I don't know why but as long as it keeps working I'm happy. Thanks for getting back.

Have you tried to manually connect  the printer to your network/router?

Greetings,

....trying to connect to multiple routers?

Where are you seeing this error message??

Tell us more about your network equipment.  Brand / model etc?  Are you using a mesh system or extenders in conjunction with ISP issued hardware?

Please provide as much details as possible.
