Hi! First post.
I cannot find how to access the Utilities Toolbox. Having problems with scanning; icon has disappeared from my Start menu, and when I finally found an access point to perform the scan, it sent the scan to an outlandish folder I would never have used! Going round the houses (Printers and Scanners, Control Panel, Programs, internet searches etc.) has not provided an answer. It seems if I find the toolbox all may be solved, but I can't find a way into it.
Windows 10 OS, model is Canon TS3300 (got it 2 years ago).
Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks.

Have you followed these instructions from the manual? It appears that a search should be for "IJ Scan Utility" in the search bar, or at least find "Canon Utilities" installed. https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/ScanUtility/W/TS3300%20series/1.1/EN/SU/su-001.html
I believe TS3300 is a series and your model is likely one of: TS3320/3322/3325/3370. Can you please identify which one?
What is your computer operating system and version? Was there an update or other event that would have caused a change in the icons? Have you tried removing and reinstalling the utilities from the Canon support site for your specific model?

Thank you for that! It's 13:27 in Scotland and I haven't had breakfast yet for fighting with the computer! So, I'll give your suggestions a go and let you know - I've since tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. It's Windows 10, will have had the last update for that (not sure where to find that info), and the model is TS3355. There have been no significant updates to anything I can think of. It's an old computer and I'm procrastinating installing my new computer, but when I do that, perhaps all will be corrected ...
I had other stuff planned for today so I may not get a chance to try all you suggest until later.

Take your time Jay. Anytime you get a chance to get back and update it will send a note, and I/we will respond when we can. I get the hesitation to transition to a new computer - time, energy, risk of loss of something important, etc.
