PIXMA G3270 - Connectivity to Internet

I've had my printer for almost 6 months and recently I've been losing internet connectivity daily.  I followed the direction provided to gab1138 and printed off the Network Configuration Page, however my IP address does not start with 169.254.  It is very frustrating to have to do the LAN reset push button method every day. Help!

Please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA G3270 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.

I live in Canada and cannot register the printer on the US website.  The website link takes me to the Canadian site but there is nowhere to register the product nor to connect with Product Support.
