PIXMA TR4720 Speed Dial Utility2 password issue

#TR4720 https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-tr4720?srsltid=AfmBOopWmNCuEXRGdlQwAT1O_nBfWtbfnRbLLIaeI8q...

Win 10 Home inspiron 3263. Bought NEW PIXMA TR4720 through Walmart. Printed LAN details and shows default password for printer. Entered that password when Speed Dial asked for that info (during initial SpeedDial setup - registering printer).

According to the following, I SHOULD be able to see much more info.

https://ij.manual.canon/ij/webmanual/SpeedDialUtility/W/CO/EN/SDU/sdu_tool0200.html

I assume that until the app registers the printer, it won't display......

So I enter the default (as shown on Network Config Page) password and STILL cannot access the utility.

I have ALSO reset ALL DATA via printer control panel....... Tried again. Tried "Serial #". Tried "CanonSN".

HELP PLEASE. I NEED to send faxes and im OLD school. Used Speed Dial MANY times in the past. LOVE IT.

Thank you Patrick but I solved the issue.

When resetting all the device data, printer generates new password and shows it on LAN settings report. The previously generated one didn't work, obviously, once I did the reset.

Took a minute to think before I figured it out. I DO appreciate your reply!
