I have just bought a new TR4720 printer, and went through the set up. The printer is connected to my wifi, because it says connected after I enter my password.
When I go through the set up to detect the printer wirelessly, it will detect the computer and then the printer, but will not pass the connect the printer to the network screen. I have to use the option of connect via a USB to get it to finish the set up. I am on Windows 11. The printer works fine when I have the USB connected to the computer. How can I get it to print without being plugged in?
