MP navigator was last released for windows 10, I don't see it listed as an available download for windows 11, but it might run. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application? The printer was released approximately fourteen years ago.
Is the windows 11 computer the same one that it had been running on for almost ten years?
John's suggestion of VueScan would likely solve your problem too. It's free to try.
