Printing queue will not delete on my PIXMA G6020

I had a pending print from yesterday I have attempted to delete and clear printing cue - but for some reason this document continues to pend and WILL NOT DELETE! So I am unable to print any other documents. 

PLEASE HELP!! I'm DESPERATE!
