I have an MG 3600 printer and a Macbook air

i bought the printer 6 momths ago

everything was working fine via a wire less connection

suddenly refuses to print - seems to be no connection also won't scan

I've rebooted everything and redownloaded the drivers still inooperable

help please

Based on your description you will need to reconnect your printer to your network.

If you router have a WPS button, please click HERE for the steps to connect the printer using the WPS method.

If you router does not have a WPS button, please click HERE for the cableless setup steps. With the cableless setup, you will need to reinstall the printer driver for the printer to be detected.
