Maxify 5420 software & mp drivers could not be installed.  Get a message that pathfile is too long.  Try to shorten to 180 characters.

Where are you saving the downloaded file?

The error indicates a path depth problem but windows has long allowed more than 255 characters.

Please save the installer file to your desktop and run it from there.  

win-mb5400-1_1-n_jucd.exe

If there are other circumstances, we are not aware of that you can share, this might be helpful.

Thanks for the reply.  I used the older 2021 version and it works on my laptop Windows 10 Home.  I also had problems when I had to reinstall on my desktop Windows 10 Pro.  I then made changes to Local Group Policy Editor and changed length of path.  If I run into problems again I will remember your suggestion.  Thanks again.
