MAXIFY MB2120 seen by computer via Wi-Fi but won't print, OK via USB

I have a MB2120 recently it stopped printing wirelessly.  It shows it's connected to the network, you can change and look at settings from the computer but when you try and print it does nothing. we've tried resetting the printer and the router and there is no change... any help would be appreciated,  also I can print with it connected by a wire.

Hi Akinterior,

I can assist you with the printing issue you are experiencing witn your MAXIFY MB2120, but would need a little more information:

What version of Windows is installed on your computer?

If you are using a Mac, what version of the Mac operating system is installed?

When you atttempt to print, does an error appear?  If so, what is the exact error message that you get?
