I have a Maxify MB2720. I am trying to setup scan to folder using the Canon Quick Utility Toolbox. I have the PC folder created with full rights access. I can see the folder from another computer using the login credentials. But when I try to test the connection in the software it errors out everytime. (Failed to connect to the folder. Check the settings) is the error. I have tried two different computers to setup scanning but keep getting the same errors. When I hit browse I can see the subfolders in the main folder I created so it has to be a rights issue I believe. I have setup scanning on other products in the past with no issues. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for any and all help!
