Want to have my printer(s) to do NOT detect mismatch of paper settings when printing from computer

I have Microsoft a desktop and laptops. I have 3-4 types of printers, Brother Label Printer, Maxify MB5420, MX450 and MX920. I cannot find the Canon IJ Print Utility that will let me click the Cleaning drop down menu at the top. ...
Place a check in (or remove the check from) the box for Don't detect mismatch of paper settings when printing from computer. When the confirmation message appears, click OK. The Canon Inkjet Print Utility I have does have the Cleaning option so I'm missing something. I get the mismatch of paper settings errors all the time from Word  (errors: The paper size of section 1 is different from the printer page size. The paper size options you select on the Page Layout tab and the Printers dialog box  (In control panel) must match) and want to set to ignore the mismatch on each Canon printer - right now I'm setting the default printer in Word to be Adobe Pdf so I can hopefully circumvent this problem.

Hi debor19071,

To disable paper mismatch on your MAXIFY MB5420, please follow the steps below.

1.  Turn your MAXIFY MB5420 on.

2.  Press the Home button one time.

3.  Swipe the screen from right to the left until you see the screwdriver and pliers icon, labeled Setup and tap that icon.

4.  Tap Device Settings.

5.  Scroll down the list and tap Cassette settings.

6.  Tap Detect paper setting mismatch.

7.  Tap No.

8.  Press the Home button.

For the PIXMA MX452 and PIXMA MX922, this option is not available.  Please make sure to select the correct paper size and type in the printer driver before attempting to print.

The printer driver can be accessed in the following way:

1. On your computer, please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter I, then let both go.

2. Click on "Bluetooth & devices" on the left side.

3. On the right side, click on "Printers & scanners".

4. Click on the printer you wish to use.

5.  On that printer's page, click on "Printing Preferences".

The paper size and type can be chosen here.
