Black printing is fine. But color printing looks like it is glitching and there is a rose colored hue on everything.
I've tried adjusting all of the settings for condensation and color correction and nothing works.
I have tried doing the "Adjust Image Quality" and all of the other options that the printer gives me but then it says that it can't perform those functions, so I basically have no way to use the printer to fix itself or go through steps to fix it.
I tried calling and the automated system says that this printer is only available for help on the website and that no agents help with it anymore.
Any suggestions????
