If you are unable to print from an iOS device, you can try going into the wifi settings for that device and turning wifi off and on. Once the wifi turns back on, make sure the iOS device connects to the same wifi network the printer is connected to.
You can also try printing from our Canon Print Business app, to see if it can detect the printer. If you continue to run into issues, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to check the network settings to see what is going on.
