TR4700 - I have had this printer for several years now, it was connected to WiFi through a Starlink satellite and router during that time. I have the Canon app on my iPhone and iPad, we were able to print from all devices in our home. We moved 3 days ago, 1 mile from our previous address. We have a new Starlink satellite and router but I cannot get the printer to recognize it. I have tried the usual tricks, turning everything off/on, bringing the printer next to the router, manually inputting the name of the network to no avail. The unit recognizes a router associated with our solar system and a router that is not ours, we have no password for this, but not the Starlink. I am at my wits end, I really don't want to have to purchase a new printer. Please advise.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TR4700 series. The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the upper right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
