How to change wifi router password on Maxify MB2700

I have tried everything but getting a new printer and I am still unable to find how or where to change the wifi router password in my printer. Other than throwing it out the window how can I accomplish this.  When we switched routers, I kept the same name but changed the password and now I cannot get my printer to connect.  Thank you for your assistance.

Different printer (MX472) same problem.  The only thing that's been offered is "use WPS setup" which isn't an option for me.  Resetting the printer to "factory" does nothing to help.  Not sure how to get a real response Canon as they seem to not care about this at all.

Hello, I recently had the same issue. I moved and got a new internet router/modem. The internet name and password remained the same, but my printer would not connect to it and never gave me the option to input a password at all.
I was able to solve it by changing the security mode of my WiFi settings to WPA2. The new router had it at WPA3, and I think the printer isn’t compatible with that mode. After changing to WPA2, I tried to connect the printer and it asked me to enter a password, and after doing that, it worked.

Changing Wi-Fi Router Password on Maxify MB2700

To change the Wi-Fi router password for your Maxify MB2700 printer, follow these steps:

Accessing the Settings

1. Turn on the Printer: Ensure your Maxify MB2700 is powered on.

2. Navigate to Device Settings:

   • Press the Home button on the printer.
   • Select Device settings from the menu.
