Hi I have scanning problem on device ..

it's connected by Wi-Fi and works normally on printing, but have problems with scanning

I’m very unhappy because of this problem, I didn’t find solution not in the net not in the computer. Look like everything is OK, the printer works properly, but the scanner doesn’t want to take image to computer.

I liked canon so much…
