Hi all,
When I first purchased my ip8720 earlier this year, I connected the printer with my laptop using wifi, following instructions of wireless setup on the user manual, and the printer works fine. However, every time when I turn on my printer (I don't use it every day, so most of the time I just keep the printer off), my MacBook couldn't find the printer from the internet, so I had to reinstall the driver every single time. For some reason sometimes it didn't work just by reinstalling the driver, and I had to download the initial setup package and go through the initial setup. I don't know if this is normal, but going through printer setup every time before I use it is a little bit frustrating. My laptop has macOS 11.2.3, and I don't know if this is some problem with my internet setup or some software issues. Please let me know if this is something fixable. Thank you!
