I have a new Pixma TS3355 and have been trying to connect it to my wifi without success. I'm pulling my hair out as not sure what else to try. On the screen the wifi symbol has a black X next to it and I'm not sure it this is the issue and if so, how do I fix it.
Thanks

Greetings,
The first thing to confirm is your network. The printer requires a 2,4Ghz wireless broadcast that supports WPA2 / AES encryption. Does your network support these requirements?
