I just purchased a MG3620 printer and tried to run all the startup to get the wireless printing to work. I had no sucess with my macbook pro, so I tried with my phone. No luck with that either. With computer, when I enter the mode (where I push WIFI button and then the color button and WIFI again) it looks like it is going to connect, but every time it starts to download the software, it says Installation Failure. Seems to be a loop when I try again.
