Stopped printing

My Pixma MX922 gave me a low ink message for both black cartridges and began printing spottily, which itself was unusual behavior.  I changed both cartridges, and now it won't print at all.  It's not giving me any error messages at all, and otherwise behaves normally, but there's no print on the page.  Help!

Hi ChickenLittle,

 

Performing at least one cleaning and two deep cleanings on the printer may resolve the issue.  To do this, please follow the steps located at the link below:
