Frustrated with my Imageclass MF247DW printer
I have an imageclass MF247DW printer that we connect via a USB direct line with our laptops whenever we need to print something. I gave up on the wireless printing problem long ago, but the direct-by-wire solution worked great until the other day. I was printing some documents when I got a message that there was a paper jam. I cleared the jam but haven't been able to print since. I know the printer works because I ran a print test that worked just fine. I know this must be user error, but my attempt to troubleshoot this thing has run its course. This is probably a simple problem, but I'm totally stumped.
