imageCLASS MF3010 says "waiting" despite clear queue

When I try to print on my canon mf3010 printer, it says "waiting" but there are no other print jobs in line...

I have reset it with the power plug & does not help.  I have also cleaned the print head.  Still does not work. Help!!!

Hi! Were you ever able to solve this?

I have updated my OS, updated the printer's drivers, restarted both, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and drivers, reset settings, etc. Nothing seems to work.
