imageCLASS MF3010 says "waiting" despite clear queue

When I try to print on my canon mf3010 printer, it says "waiting" but there are no other print jobs in line...I have reset it with the power plug & does not help. I have also cleaned the print head. Still does not work. Help!!!

I'm running on a Mac OS Sonoma 14.1; my printer works via wifi so assume my scanner would as well.
