I have an Color ImageCLASS MF753Cdw. I had two jobs that failed to print so I tried to cancel them. Now I have two "canceled" jobs in the spooler that won't clear. The jobs were simply printing out a 4-page PDF. I tried deleting the spooler but got an error message that I can't do that while job is in process. (That's one of the recommended ways to clear to spooler.) Also tried to reboot the system and the printer. No joy. Any thoughts?
Well, you don't say what operating system, computer or connection type you are using, so I can't really help you, but if it's Windows that has always been a chronic Windows problem.
