Hi mfowler,

If you use the labels, the program such as Microsoft word, Notepad, or other printing programs should allow you to change the settings or adjust the text by using the space bar or tab buttons on the keyboard. We would recommend trying to line up the labels on a plain sheet of paper until you are able to get the printout to line up correctly.

Please note: Because the printer is designed to primarily print on document and photo paper, we would not recommend using label paper. The paper could potentially jammed in the printer and cause damage that would require repair.

The issue is paper size detected by the printer, nothing to do with spacing.

Hi mfowler52,

Are you using plain paper or Avery address label paper?
