MG6120 - Strange Nozzle Check Pattern Results

Can anyone help me understand what is happening with my yellow ink? On the Nozzle Check Pattern results exactly one-half of the yellow bar is not printing at all. I have cleaned and deep-cleaned countless times, reinstalled the print head, manually aligned the print head, etc.

 

Any ideas?

When was the last time that the yellow ink tank was replaced?

 

If the ink tank is new, because performing numberous printhead cleanings did not get your PIXMA MG6120 to print yellow correctly, your PIXMA MG6120 would require service.

 

You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.  This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.  This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
