Blurry Pictures

I have a Power Shot elph 110. Ever since I upgraded my Mac's operating system, the pictures from the camera aren't clear when viewed on the computer. Any ideas how to fix this?

I have a G10 digital camera with a cracked viewing screen

sound problem

when I play back the movie on computer, sound is echoing.  When I play back movie on camera, sound is ok
